Pension monitoring and control for managers
The employer has compulsory provisions for employees before starting work and at regular intervals to cause. Monitoring of preventive care/aptitude tests
- Only employees assigned to managers are shown.

- The managers get to every examination occasion the date on which it informs the employee have displayed.

- The preventive/aptitude tests assigned to an employee can be turned off to stop monitoring them.
- Managers can be missing from the employees precautionary measures/aptitude tests add.
Employees must take part in compulsory provision if they are subject to compulsory provision. In the case of aptitude tests, however, participation in the test is not sufficient. Rather, the result of the aptitude test for the exercise of the activity is of concern.
Employability of employees
- Display of the operational readiness of the assigned employees depending on the reason for the examination (compulsory provision or aptitude test).
- Examination occasions where the exercise of the activity is endangered are marked with an exclamation mark so that managers can adequately monitor participation in the compulsory pension plan and the result of the aptitude test.
- Configuration option for the preventive or examination results, which are assessed as 'participated' in the medical examination order in MEDAS for compulsory provisions or as 'suitable' for aptitude tests.
Pension register
- All employees can be called up and their pension file can be displayed and printed out via a separate role 'HR department'.
- Alternatively, managers can be granted the right to view and print out the pension records of their assigned employees.
First Aid List
- If the first aid courses are organized in MEDAS, the managers receive an overview of which of their employees have attended which first aid course, when the next course is due and which employee is currently a 'first aid worker'.
Relocations/awards/representation regulations
- Each manager maps temporary transfers / awards by assigning the employee (s) to the receiving manager. This enables the receiving manager to view the reasons for the examination and, if necessary, add necessary reasons for examining a new activity, but cannot remove any reasons for the examination.
- Each individual manager can independently monitor and control the preventive / suitability examinations, for example in the case of vacation-related absences, by temporarily releasing them to other managers.
- MEDAS AVMS recognizes a fundamentally changed manager-employee relationship and automatically resolves the manual representation and lending constellation.
Productivity aids
- MEDAS AVMS can send automated e-mails to all authorized executives in order to draw attention to changes in status or to inform executives that preventive care / aptitude tests are soon due or already overdue.
- The manual information process for employees about upcoming preventive care / aptitude tests can be automated by automatically sending e-mails to the employees.
- Precautionary measures, which are marked as 'permanent precautionary measures' in MEDAS, cannot be deactivated by executives, so that subsequent examinations are monitored by the executives and this additional work in the company medical service is not necessary.
- Unrecognized offer provisions are automatically closed after a defined period of time and the new due dates are generated.
- The authorization system for executives is linked to the Active Directory via groups, so that there is no need to manage access accounts for executives.
System security
- The login procedure for executives is linked to the password security of the Windows login.
- MEDAS AVMS only uses the HTTPS communication protocol to transmit tap-proof.
